The last day to take advantage of the regular registration fee or cancel your registration with a full refund is close of business on the Monday of an event. Because we are a non-profit organization and the venue invoices us for your reservation, no-shows will be charged. Cancellations to reservations can be made in the Cvent program up until registration closes. If you are unable to attend and missed the cancellation deadline, please consider inviting someone in your office to take your place. Simply notify us of the change by e-mail. After the cancellation deadline, PRSA San Antonio is obligated to the restaurant/facility to pay for your meal, etc., and we would rather see someone attend the event than pay for and bill you for a luncheon you could not attend.
