The last day to take advantage of the regular registration fee or cancel your registration with a full refund is close of business on the Friday preceding the event. Because we are a non-profit organization and the restaurant/facility invoices us for your reservation, no-shows will be charged. If you miss the early bird registration deadline, please be prepared to pay an additional walk-in fee of $5. If you are unable to attend and missed the cancellation deadline, please consider inviting someone in your office to take your place. Simply notify us of the change at plconstantin@lake.ollusa.edu. After the cancellation deadline, PRSA San Antonio is obligated to the restaurant/facility to pay for your meal, etc., and we would rather see someone attend the event than pay for and bill you for a luncheon you could not attend.
